AlexisHR closes new investment to fuel further expansion
AlexisHR closes new investment of EUR 1.8 million seed round led by Spintop Ventures. Previous investors Alliance Venture also participated in the round. The funding will fuel further expansion and positioning in the Nordics and Europe to simplify daily HR operations with the vision to become employees’ most loved people platform.
A majority of Europe’s small and medium sized companies still handle HR data using spreadsheets and other tools unoptimized for people processes, which quickly can turn into a hassle. Alexis solves this issue with an all-in-one core HR platform that puts the employees first and simplifies processes for everyone in the business. It enables transparency and lets employees and managers efficiently handle tasks via integrations such as Slack and Teams, improving the entire employee experience.
"The market is growing and Alexis will expand its features to simplify people operations even more. We will continue help companies save time and support better decisions as we shape the future of HR. I’m delighted with the trust that our existing and new investors have shown us to make this happen, says Alexis’ CEO Nima Samimi.
Peter Carlsson, partner at Spintop and a new member of the Alexis board, comments:
– The Spintop team has followed Alexis for some time and is pleased to partner with the team on the journey to transform HR. Showing impressive key metrics and sustainable growth while solving major pain points makes us want to be part of the journey to change the way organizations approach their people administration, says Peter Carlsson, partner at Spintop and a new member of the Alexis board.
Anders Hallin, partner at Alliance Ventures, comments on why they continue to invest in Alexis:
– We believe that the most successful companies of our time will be the ones that solve real problems, and Alexis is the perfect example. Showing impressive numbers, Nima and the amazing team will continue to develop the platform and help even more companies in Europe, says Anders Hallin, partner at Alliance Ventures.
