Yes, absolutely! We can help your team scale and simplify HR no matter where your employees are, locally or globally. You can change languages, create customized onboarding & workflows, and set up local currencies and holiday policies.
Currently, Alexis is available in Swedish and English. Each user can choose the desired language for themselves.
Alexis has a number of turnkey integrations with solutions for IT, recruitment systems (ATS), payroll systems and communication tools. You can see the full list of all partners in our Marketplace where i are highlighted.We also have a data API so you can connect any other system you use.
Agreement
We want to build long-term relationships which comes with yearly contracts by default. However, if you need more flexibility then you also have the opportunity to choose the monthly setup.
Absolutely, you can switch at any time!
Implementation & Onboarding
We help you with a smooth implementation – but exactly how much time it takes depends on the size of the company and what integrations should be in place. The average implementation time is between 2 and 8 weeks.
We want to make things as simple and quick as possible. Therefore, you will have a personal contact person to guide you step by step through the implementation process.
We help you to collect and import existing personnel information as well as absence and salary information to Alexis. We also make sure to define your workflows, policies, and settings so that all important workflows are automated. Last step is to explore Alexis on a more detailed level and start working with reports and statistics.
